預計在(zai)今(jin)年底通車的(de)省、市重(zhong)大項目——深外環高速(su)東莞段建(jian)設進展再傳好消(xiao)息。在(zai)全(quan)線逾20個工(gong)(gong)(gong)點中,跨廣(guang)深鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)被(bei)認為是施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝上(shang)的(de)“卡脖(bo)子”工(gong)(gong)(gong)程。該橋(qiao)重(zhong)約(yue)2.4萬噸,相當于(yu)約(yue)1.8萬輛小汽車的(de)重(zhong)量(liang),創(chuang)造(zao)了全(quan)省高速(su)公路(lu)(lu)混(hun)凝土T型剛構轉體(ti)橋(qiao)橋(qiao)面寬(kuan)度(du)(du)、單轉跨度(du)(du)及(ji)單支座轉體(ti)重(zhong)量(liang)三項紀(ji)錄。如(ru)今(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程按(an)計劃進展順利(li),預計將于(yu)8月(yue)下旬達到轉體(ti)要(yao)求。
跨廣深(shen)鐵路橋采用先(xian)進轉體工藝(yi)法施工
早上10點,記(ji)者(zhe)來到深(shen)外環(huan)高速東莞段位于塘廈鎮(zhen)境內的(de)(de)(de)跨廣(guang)深(shen)鐵路橋項目工(gong)地上。隨著車輛(liang)一駛入(ru)工(gong)地門(men)口,一座龐然大(da)物的(de)(de)(de)身影便映入(ru)記(ji)者(zhe)眼(yan)簾(lian),正(zheng)是在緊鑼密鼓開展施工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)跨廣(guang)深(shen)鐵路橋。但記(ji)者(zhe)發(fa)現,有別于以往常(chang)規的(de)(de)(de)橋梁施工(gong)現場(chang),在跨廣(guang)深(shen)鐵路橋的(de)(de)(de)底部,裝設(she)有密密麻麻的(de)(de)(de)盤扣支(zhi)架(jia),這是怎么回(hui)事呢?
原來,按(an)照施工設(she)計,這(zhe)條橋梁(liang)是要橫跨(kua)廣深鐵(tie)(tie)路線(xian)(xian)的。但它(ta)的座(zuo)落位置,距(ju)離廣深鐵(tie)(tie)路正(zheng)常的營運線(xian)(xian)最近距(ju)離僅為9.1米。在這(zhe)樣(yang)的現實(shi)條件(jian)下,既要最大(da)限度地減少對廣深鐵(tie)(tie)路正(zheng)常的營運影響,又得確保工期如期完工,怎么辦呢?經過施工方的反復論證(zheng)研究,最終(zhong)決定對這(zhe)座(zuo)橋梁(liang),采(cai)用一種(zhong)先進的轉(zhuan)體工藝(yi)法進行施工。
深(shen)外(wai)環高速東莞段跨廣深(shen)鐵(tie)路橋(qiao)項(xiang)目經理郭(guo)剛武:“我(wo)們(men)這(zhe)個橋(qiao)主(zhu)要采(cai)用(yong)的是轉(zhuan)體(ti)形式的T型結構預應力混凝土橋(qiao)。這(zhe)種T型結構在上下承(cheng)臺(tai)之間,都(dou)安設(she)有轉(zhuan)體(ti)球(qiu)鉸(jiao)。在達(da)到轉(zhuan)體(ti)要求后,我(wo)們(men)就利用(yong)千斤(jin)頂牽引(yin)鋼索,把它順時針轉(zhuan)動72.342度(du),繞著(zhu)廣深(shen)鐵(tie)路線轉(zhuan)過去,實現橫跨。這(zhe)種施工形式,既保證了安全,對鐵(tie)路運營(ying)造成的影(ying)響也非常小(xiao)。”
主體橋單支座轉體重量達2.4萬噸 拿(na)下全(quan)省第一
值得一提的(de)是(shi),全長165米的(de)跨廣深鐵路橋,主體(ti)(ti)橋單支座轉(zhuan)體(ti)(ti)重量達(da)到2.4萬噸,位列全省第(di)一,采用現(xian)澆(jiao)預應(ying)力箱梁轉(zhuan)體(ti)(ti)方案。
雖然今年(nian)上半(ban)年(nian)受(shou)疫情(qing)影響,但(dan)在實(shi)現復(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)復(fu)產后,工(gong)(gong)(gong)人們(men)全力以赴加(jia)緊(jin)施工(gong)(gong)(gong),使工(gong)(gong)(gong)程得以按計劃順利推進,也為(wei)深(shen)外(wai)環高(gao)速(su)東(dong)莞(guan)(guan)段(duan)(duan)在今年(nian)底完成(cheng)既定(ding)目(mu)(mu)(mu)標建成(cheng)通車打下(xia)了(le)堅實(shi)基礎。深(shen)外(wai)環高(gao)速(su)東(dong)莞(guan)(guan)段(duan)(duan)跨廣深(shen)鐵路橋(qiao)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)經(jing)理郭剛武:“對于深(shen)外(wai)環高(gao)速(su)東(dong)莞(guan)(guan)段(duan)(duan)沿線逾20個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)點(dian)來(lai)說,我(wo)們(men)這(zhe)個(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)的節點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期卡控(kong)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu),對深(shen)外(wai)環高(gao)速(su)全線通車起著(zhu)至(zhi)關重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)的作(zuo)用。預(yu)計在下(xia)個(ge)月(yue),也就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)8月(yue)20日左右,我(wo)們(men)就(jiu)能夠達到轉體要(yao)求了(le)。”
突破施工瓶頸 全面開展“沖刺保(bao)通車”行動
據(ju)了(le)(le)解,深(shen)(shen)外環高(gao)(gao)(gao)速(su)東(dong)莞(guan)段(duan)全(quan)長17.05公里,全(quan)線(xian)集道(dao)路(lu)、橋(qiao)梁(liang)、隧道(dao)于(yu)一(yi)(yi)體(ti),橋(qiao)隧比例超過73%。沿線(xian)自西(xi)向東(dong)分別跨越觀(guan)瀾河(he)、廣(guang)(guang)深(shen)(shen)鐵(tie)路(lu)、東(dong)深(shen)(shen)一(yi)(yi)路(lu)、粵(yue)港供水(shui)工(gong)(gong)程、石馬(ma)河(he)等10項重點民(min)生(sheng)設施(shi),并在(zai)一(yi)(yi)定段(duan)落和550KV高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓線(xian)、西(xi)氣東(dong)輸管(guan)道(dao)、橋(qiao)隴(long)河(he)河(he)道(dao)共(gong)(gong)(gong)用(yong)一(yi)(yi)個走廊帶,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)組織(zhi)極其(qi)復(fu)雜。全(quan)程還設有6座(zuo)互通立交、3座(zuo)收費站出口和1個服務(wu)區,建(jian)設協調難度也非(fei)常大。為了(le)(le)解決制約工(gong)(gong)期的(de)關鍵問(wen)題,項目管(guan)理團隊多次奔(ben)赴廣(guang)(guang)、深(shen)(shen)兩地召(zhao)開專(zhuan)項研討會,不(bu)斷優(you)化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)方案(an),突破施(shi)工(gong)(gong)瓶(ping)頸(jing)。市路(lu)橋(qiao)投資建(jian)設有限公司第二管(guan)理處主任孫曉剛:“比如我們(men)(men)要在(zai)保留防汛功能(neng)的(de)橋(qiao)隴(long)河(he)河(he)道(dao)上方,共(gong)(gong)(gong)線(xian)建(jian)設2.05公里的(de)高(gao)(gao)(gao)速(su)公路(lu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)架(jia)橋(qiao),這在(zai)東(dong)莞(guan)歷史(shi)上是(shi)前(qian)所未有的(de)。經過反(fan)復(fu)研究,最終我們(men)(men)確定塘廈高(gao)(gao)(gao)架(jia)橋(qiao)橋(qiao)隴(long)河(he)共(gong)(gong)(gong)線(xian)段(duan)部分段(duan)落采(cai)用(yong)左右幅整(zheng)體(ti)式(shi)蓋梁(liang)橋(qiao)梁(liang)方案(an),塘廈高(gao)(gao)(gao)架(jia)橋(qiao)跨廣(guang)(guang)深(shen)(shen)鐵(tie)路(lu)采(cai)用(yong)現澆預(yu)應力箱梁(liang)轉體(ti)方案(an)等等,不(bu)僅打破了(le)(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)瓶(ping)頸(jing),還使(shi)建(jian)設工(gong)(gong)期縮短了(le)(le)數月,確保整(zheng)條(tiao)線(xian)路(lu)按計劃年底建(jian)成通車。”
